Shipping & Returns

We currently offer 2 methods of shipping: UPS, which is more expensive but faster and more reliable, and EMS (run by the Japanese Postal Service) which may take longer but is cheaper. The rates offered for shipping are non-negotiable and do change from time to time due to fuel charges and tax. However, the shipping rate offered at the time of purchase is the rate you will be charged, although the rate may be different if you make a purchase a few months later.

In the case of a delay or problem with shipping, and you do not receive the product(s) you purchased, we will resend the product(s) you purchased free of charge. If you receive a broken or defective product, please inform us within 3 days of the date received and if your claim is valid we will replace and ship the product free of charge. In these cases a picture of your broken or defective product will help speed up the replacement process, as it provides proof to the shipping agencies that the product was damaged during shipping. If your claim is not made within 3 days of the date received, we will not replace the product.
